DESCRIPTION:🌱🌿 Plot It Fresh Season 2 Kickoff Recap 🌿 \n🌱 We officially kicked off Season 2 of Plot It Fresh\, welcoming both new and returning members back to grow\, connect\, and cultivate for the 2026 season.  \n💚 During orientation\, we shared updates\, goals\, and expectations—while making sure everyone left ready to plant with their seedling orders\, fresh produce boxes\, and a few fun garden giveaways. 🌱🍎  \n🌿 This year\, we’re excited to grow new partnerships rooted in health and wellness—working alongside Rutgers University’s Aging & Brain Health Alliance and Great Oaks Legacy Charter School. 💚  \n🌱 And we didn’t stop there… Members jumped right into action over May Day weekend with a volunteer day at Healthy Haven’s 18th Ave Community Garden in Newark’s West Ward.  \n🤝 Partnering with Keep Newark Beautiful and local residents  \n🌿 Weeding\, clearing beds\, and preparing plots  \n🪴 Building a beautiful space for the 2026 growing season It was incredible to see everyone come together to restore and prepare the garden—creating a space where the community can truly thrive.  \n🌎✨ We’re excited for everything ahead this season—let’s grow! 🌱💚
