DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun opportunity to explore the Outdoor Learning Center at Greater Newark Conservancy during Newark’s Citywide Garden Tour! This Center’s 1.5-acre green space features trails located in a series of thematic gardens and a pond. Check out the various elements in our garden including our weather station\, demonstration beds\, and accessible gardening areas. \n We will be assisting visitors with building free small\, raised beds and bagged soil while supplies last. We have a few larger beds as well\, for those who have trucks to haul them out. Those will be first come\, first served. Please come with a large vehicle or truck to fit minimum a 2×2 raised bed. We are not responsible for transporting any beds and soil to other locations.  \nWe will also have a raffle for every community member who visits our site to have a chance to win a free custom-built weather station for your garden!
