We are looking forward to our Second Saturday Family Adventures program this October 10th from 10:30 AM to 12 PM at Greater Newark Conservancy’s Outdoor Learning Center! Registered families will dive into the fascinating world of bugs and insects during our ‘Bug Exploration’ day. We have hit our capacity for this program, so please reach out to pevans@citybloom.org to be placed on the waitlist!

Activities Include:

Meet Our Pet Critters: Get up close with some of the friendly bugs we care for at our center.

Bug Scavenger Hunt: Embark on a thrilling hunt throughout our site to discover various insects.

Educational Activities: Enjoy fun, bug-themed activities designed for all ages.

This free program is perfect for families who love nature and are curious about the smaller creatures that share our world. It’s not only fun but educational, offering everyone a chance to learn more about the importance of bugs in our ecosystems.
