Sustainable Skillshare on Cordage

Join us for a Sustainable Skillshare on Cordage at Greater Newark Conservancy with Isaac Tarectecan!

Cordage is an ancient practice that gives new purpose to materials from food-producing crops, transforming them into useful binding materials for gardens and growing spaces.

During this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore the history of cordage, its role in agriculture, and how to repurpose plant materials as you prepare your growing space for winter.

Discover how this timeless, sustainable practice can be put to use in your own garden!
